The United Nations Association of Nigeria in partnership with the South African Consulate Lagos and the United Nations Information Center (UNIC), will host the 2019 Nelson Mandela Day in Lagos Nigeria. This year, Mandela Day calls on us to Take Action Against Poverty and make the world a better place every day.
“What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.” – Nelson Mandela. Each year every July 18, The United Nations Association of Nigeria celebrates the Nelson Madela Day.
